I write to inform you that an investigation has been carried out. The outcome of the investigation is as follows:- I have viewed the hardstanding, shed and caravan. The hardstanding and shed require planning permission, I have written to the landowner to advise them of this. The caravan is not classed as development due to its temporary nature and does not appear to be in use as a permanent dwelling.
