Contingency Plan for Fire (The hirer of the Hall is responsible for activating this plan when required)
• Sound the alarm. Use firefighting equipment provided if it is a small fire and safe to do so.
• Evacuate all people to the grass area. Call the fire brigade on 999 on a mobile phone.
• Check all people are accounted for. Contact a person named on the noticeboard.
